Most children really should add exercise to their lifestyle
each week. At CORE Kids Academy, exercise is presented as a fun, but very effective way to instill a healthy attitude towards
fitness that can serve children well throughout their lives. We offer age-appropriate activities.

Is Fun!
Exercise helps build strong bones and muscles, and it helps kids sleep well at night and stay alert
during the day. Healthy habits established early help children maintain healthy weight throughout childhood and adolescence.
And it has been proven that active children are more likely to become fit adults.
Exercise Provides Balance
While we often focus on our children’s mental development, we sometimes overlook further development of balance, eye-hand
coordination and fine motor skills. At the same time, there is a great connection between the mind and body – the immediate
encouragement of simple physical successes can be extremely rewarding to young children and often provides an ideal balance
to their normal daily activities.
