This high-energy, invite-only class blends obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, and freestyle movement to harness the boundless energy of boys for a total body workout that builds strength, endurance, agility, and character. Designed for students who have completed the fundamental Ninja Zone program, this class is for those who have demonstrated the required skill level and have been invited to advance to the next stages of training. Ninjas will continue progressing toward more advanced skills such as front flips, back flips, flying gainers, and kip-ups. Wristband purchase (yellow or green) is required based on the level.

In an effort to promote discipline and unity, Ninja Sport International and CORE Kids Academy requires uniforms (Ninja t-shirt and headband) for all Ninja Zone classes. The uniform is purchased separately. An email with the link will be sent after class enrollment.
