This high-energy, class blends obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, and freestyle movement to harness the boundless energy of boys and girls for a total body workout that builds strength, endurance, agility, and character. All new Ninjas will begin in a Ninja White class and continue to progress through the 5 color levels toward more advanced skills such as front flips, back flips, flying gainers, and kip-ups. We offer Ninja Missions throughout the year for those ninja ready to test up to the next color level!
5 Color levels include White –> Yellow –> Green –> Blue –> Purple with each level building on skills one to the next!

In an effort to promote discipline and unity, Ninja Sport International and CORE Kids Academy requires uniforms (Ninja t-shirt and headband) for all Ninja Zone classes. The uniform is purchased separately.
