Whether you’ve been a CORE gymnast for years or you just started, our gymnastics camp is the immersive gymnastics experience you’ve been looking for! CORE coaches will help gymnasts and ninjas of all levels acquire new skills and build strength in a fun, cooperative and encouraging environment.
Camp Day Overview
9-9:15 am
Check In and Open Agility Circuit
Students are assigned an area of the gym for a supervised stretch and dynamic warm up, which allows children to become acclimated to the gym, their assigned coaches and other participants in their group.
9:15-11:45 am
Event, Snack and Craft Rotations
Each group will rotate to our five gymnastic events in 15-minute blocks, allowing every participant to experience all that we have to offer here at CORE! Groups will take a snack break during the event rotations. During snack, campers will also watch an educational video from our health and wellness program and/or complete a craft.
11:45 am-12:00 pm
Final Rotation and Sign Out
*A similar schedule is also followed for our afternoon camp
