Core Stars is the perfect class for girls ages 5–6 who are ready to learn and grow their gymnastics skills! In this 60-minute class, coaches focus on each child’s individual strengths while teaching fundamental gymnastics skills including floor tumbling, bar skills and balance beam through fun, safe progressions. Along the way, students build coordination, strength, and confidence that promote fitness, body awareness, enhanced school learning and healthy habits—all while having a BLAST!
