Galaxy Girls is a beginner-friendly gymnastics class for girls ages 7 and upT his 60-minute class focuses on building strong fundamentals with skill progressions for floor tumbling, bar skills and balance beam  Coaches encourage each gymnast to grow at her own pace while improving strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence through structured drills and conditioning. It’s all about launching into new skills and reaching for the stars!
